Clive Nelson
Clive Nelson is the Managing Partner of C&N Accountants and leads a team of proactive business, property and superannuation tax accountants in Parramatta, NSW. Clive’s areas of expertise also include Business & Financial Structuring, Superannuation and Asset Protection advice.
Prior to his career in public practice and current role as Managing Partner for C&N Accountants, Clive spent a number of years in corporate banking, involved particularly, with tax based structured financing.
Clive has established a diversified portfolio of properties through a number of investment strategies and draws on his depth of experience as both an accountant and an investor to help clients grow and protect their wealth. Clive Nelson graduated from UTS with a B.Bus in Accounting, is a Fellow of CPA, holds a post-graduate diploma in applied finance & investment, as well as being an authorised SMSF advisor and has been a tax agent for over 35 years.
Clive has been in public practice for nearly 30 years, bringing a wealth of experience in small business, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, and property accounting. Notably, his extensive career includes over 15 years of valuable experience with Chan and Naylor Oatlands before establishing C&N Accountants.
Clive’s interests include family involvement, fitness and exercise, walking his dog, golf, English Premier League football, and enjoying a good meal with family or friends.
Neetu Shankar
Neetu commenced her accounting career in 2003 working in a mid-tier firm in Norwest whilst completing her Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in Accounting at Western Sydney University. She has also gained the following professional qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) since 2012
- Authorised SMSF Advisor since 2018
- Approved SMSF Auditor since July 2019
Neetu joined the firm in 2006 when it was part of Chan and Naylor. In 2022, she went on to receive her Certificate of Public Practice and became a principal of the firm.
Neetu’s special interests are in Superannuation and Business Services. She is renowned for giving practical and proactive advice helping her clients ensure growth and prosperity of their businesses and retirement savings. She is passionate about developing long term relationships with her clients.
Outside of work, Neetu loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys going on cruises and cycling.
Nishant Bhardwaj
Nishant started as a Client Manager at C&N Accountants office in 2017. Nishant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Professional Accounting and is a certified Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand. With a decade of experience in accounting and business services, he specialises in taxation and business advisory for HNWIs, Small to medium businesses and SMSFs. He is also dedicated to assisting his clients in practical ways including identifying IT and technology efficiencies and analysing business issues from a management accounting perspective. He also has a forte in implementing cloud-based solutions to simplify his clients’ day to day accounting activities. His portfolio consists of a diverse range of clients across numerous industries.
In his spare time, Nishant likes travelling and spending time with his two young children.
Amy Sun
Amy began her accounting career in 2007 and brings a wealth of experience to C&N Accountants. Her career includes roles in CA and CPA firms, as well as with a global investment company in Sydney. She also served as an assistant financial controller at Microsoft Malaysia earlier in her career. With over a decade of expertise in taxation, Amy now supports a diverse client base at C&N Accountants, focusing on tax and accounting services for small to medium-sized businesses, property and investment entities, and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs).
Amy holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Sydney. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a Registered Tax Agent.
In her free time, Amy enjoys jogging, gardening, oil painting, and spending quality moments with her family.
Debbie Mooy
Debbie’s position not only requires her to be highly organised and flexible to meet various deadlines, but also cheerful and approachable for clients and team members alike. Debbie achieves these tasks with ease and strives to be courteous, professional and willing to assist wherever necessary.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family particularly her Grandchildren and catching up with friends.
Allie Yu
Allie has been an integral member of the team since 2018, leveraging her CPA, CTA, and SSA qualifications in her role as an Assistant Client Manager. She holds a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Sydney and specialises in tax and accounting for small to medium-sized businesses and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs). She plays a crucial role in supporting client managers, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat and exploring new travel destinations.
Alena Michurova
Alena Michurova started at C&N Accountants in March 2024 and is a dedicated Administrative Assistant with over five years of experience in office management and support roles within the accounting space. Alena excels at streamlining operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions. Known for a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, Alena plays a crucial role in managing client communications, maintaining accurate records and document preparation.
